Custom Pet Portraits on Canvas

Close up of Colt

A little about me and what I do:

My name is Lisa and I'm a pet sitter, photographer, and artist. I have decided to merge the love of all three professions in order to make custom pet portraits!  I create unique and hip pet portraits in Photoshop by utilizing many different brushes and filters, and at times, incorporating a mixed media feel by using conte, charcoal, pencil, and watercolor techniques, just to name a few.  Each painting is truly unique and they take hours and hours to complete, and at the very minimum, a week to finish.

How to get your customized pet portrait:

Before ordering your portrait, it is recommended you read through Products and Pricing, Tips For Submitting Photos, and FAQ  to help you make decisions about your portrait.  You will see through out my website that working with a high resolution photo is optimal.  However,  if you only have low quality images due to lack of a good camera or because you only have old photos of pets who have passed on, I can most likely work with them.  I have done it before and the portraits have turned out beautifully!  There is much more information about photo submissions, tips, and questions answered in my website.  Just click around!

A little about the materials:

All paintings are printed using archival inks on a high quality artist's grade Fredrix archival matt canvas and stretched on either 3/4" or 1 1/2" stretcher bars or they are printed on a fine art watercolor paper.  For the stretched canvas portraits, you can choose to have the image wrapped around the corners (gallery wrapped), can have solid-colored sides, or have the sides left white.  Each canvas is coated with a protective UV finish and acrylic coating.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me.
